In the riverside town of Marlow, retired archaeologist and crossword aficionado Judith Potts teams up with dog-walker Suzie Harris and vicar's wife Becks Starling to solve murders the local police can't crack. Based on Robert Thorogood's novels — Thorogood also created Death in Paradise — it's warm, witty, and gloriously cozy, with three sharp women quietly outsmarting everyone around them. Season 3 premiered on U&Drama in the UK on March 18, 2026, and on PBS Masterpiece in the US on September 6, 2026, airing directly before the US premiere of Marble Hall Murders.

About the show
The Marlow Murder Club is based on Robert Thorogood's novels — The Marlow Murder Club, Death Comes to Marlow, and The Queen of Poisons — and Thorogood also created Death in Paradise, giving him two very different detective franchises running on British TV at once. Samantha Bond, Jo Martin, and Cara Horgan lead as the trio of amateur sleuths, with Natalie Dew as DI Tanika Malik, the police detective who leans on them more with each case. Every season is structured as three separate two-part murder mysteries, each six episodes in total, with its own guest cast. Season 3 adapts Thorogood's third novel, The Queen of Poisons, and brings in guest stars including Sarah Alexander and Peter Davison.
