About the show
Professor T is a British remake of the Belgian series created by Malin-Sarah Gozin (who also wrote the Irish drama that inspired Bad Sisters), moving the story from Antwerp to Cambridge. Ben Miller, previously the tropical-shirted detective of Death in Paradise, stars as the OCD-affected criminologist Professor Jasper Tempest, opposite Frances de la Tour as his colourful, overbearing mother, Adelaide. The format has also been remade for German, French, and Czech television, making the British Professor T just one entry in a run of international adaptations.
