Poirot

13 Series Stars David Suchet 1930s England Golden Age Mystery Complete Series

David Suchet's Hercule Poirot is fussy, vain, dazzlingly precise, and entirely convinced of his own brilliance — and he's usually right. Filmed over more than two decades against a backdrop of Art Deco interiors and immaculate 1930s manners, the series methodically works through Agatha Christie's fictional detective's entire literary canon, one elegant, thoroughly nasty murder at a time. It's Golden Age mystery at its most stylish, anchored by a performance widely regarded as the definitive screen Poirot.
